About Us

The Clermont County Tea Party started shortly after the Cincinnati Tea Party in May of 2009.

Concerned citizens of Clermont County united around our common concerns that government and politicians for a great many years have been bleeding away our natural rights. We formed this group to support our beliefs in:

- Limited Government
- Fiscal Responsibility
- Free Markets

We have officially moved out of our comfort zone, and found like-minded people, of which there is more than we ever thought possible.

We will remind our elected officials that our inalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness have not been forgotten, and we will not give them up without a fight.

Protecting the interests of our families for generations requires a stand- now! Or, we should be prepared to hold our heads in shame for not standing up to the swell of socialism at our shores.

So, here we stand - at the crossroads of our nations future, finally willing to make a difference.

We humbly follow in the footsteps of far greater men who sought to preserve and protect our "shining city upon a hill," and know, as Benjamin Franklin has reminded us -"If you would not be forgetten as soon as you are dead and rotten, either write something worth reading or do things worth the writing."

Are you willing to fight for what you believe? Will you do something "worth the writing"? If you care - explore our website, and join us in a cause so vital to the preservation of our Nation.

"We in America do not have a government by the majority. We have a government by the majority who participate."
