September 29, a caller to the Limbaugh show tried to talk about the importance of the position of Precinct Executive. His comment was quickly ignored. Here is an email response from the "Ruling Class" (a bit of sarcasm trying to make a point) :

Mr Limbaugh,

I can tell by your comments today that you really have no idea what the Precinct Committeeman is or the Power they possess.

Please do not bother gaining a full understanding of the Precinct Committeeman and his office.  And if you should come to understand more deeply about this office, do not under any circumstances take calls concerning, or otherwise speak on this subject.

We would prefer, in fact we must insist, that you continue speaking only of the "Top of the Ticket", of the President and Congress, we could not care less what you say about them.

However we must insist that the Middle and Bottom levels of the ticket remain reserved to us, the Ruling Class.

It is not good for the common folk to become aware of these bottom tiers of power.

Let the lower classes vent about the "Top of the Ticket".  This level of Power is completely out of their control anyway.  It takes Billions to win a national election.  We are the only people that have that kind of money, especially the in-kind contributions from our public relations apparatus ( you call it the main stream media ).

Just so you know how dangerous the Precinct Committeeman is to us and why therefore, you must never speak of how much power this office really has:
1.  Precinct Committeeman (PC) are in direct contact with the voters in his precinct.  He is much more influential than any amount of paid advertising.  He has the power to neutralize our financial advantage.
2.  As a member of the Party Endorsement Committee ( Central Committee ) PCs endorse or withhold endorsement of candidates when this endorsement will do the most good: PRIOR to the Primary Election.  We know you don't endorse in Primaries.  This is good.
3.  PCs are the workhorses in all local elections and their support is coveted by all candidates for office, both Party and Government office.
    a.  A letter to a legislator from a PC is 1,000,000 times more powerful than one from a commoner.
4.  This control of the candidates at the lower and middle tier is why the PC is the most powerful office in the land.
    a.  The Lower and Middle Tier is the Farm Team for higher office.  We are happy to control the Farm Team.  You are free to rail against the Top-of-the-Ticket all you like.

There is no reason why the common folk need worry themselves selecting candidates for the "Farm Team".

As you know, conservatives are basically addicted to bad news.  That's really all they want to hear.

What is really important to you is building and keeping the largest audience possible.  Speaking ONLY of the bad news coming from the "Top Of The Ticket" the audience can be kept busy worrying about the President and maybe a little bit of the Congress.  The audience is happy, the sponsors are happy, and you are happy.

Conservatives, especially, love to vent about the president.   They do not want to get involved in the mundane, boring and laborious task of actually "Taking their country back".

For that reason, it is better that they never know about the Precinct Committeeman.  It is better for their mental health and happiness that they continue in the belief that "Politics" is simply out of their control.  Just reinforce the notion that "Fate has dealt us this bad hand and we are just stuck with it".

On the subject of "Independents".

Of course I shouldn't have to say it, but it is critical that you never under any circumstance teach Conservative Independents how to become effective members of the conservative coalition.

The reason they are Independent is because they are disappointed by the RINOs, Royals and Professionals that have infiltrated and taken the leadership positions within the Republican Party County, State and National Central Committees.

As you may have guessed by now, one of the side benefits of RINO behavior is the repulsing of conservatives away from party involvement and membership.

We have got to keep up the "Moral Equivalence" project as well.  Keep up with the impression that "There is not a dimes worth of difference between the Republicans and Democrats"  This, too, has the side benefit of dissuading conservatives from becoming members of the Central Committees (especially in the lower and middle tiers ).

Also, keep talking about the Parties as though the average Joe has no ability to become an Endorsing member of the County and State "Central Committee".

Generally, we approve of you saying anything that instills feelings of hopelessness.  This causes conservatives to drop out, that is to become Independents, or as we like to call them "Neutralized".

Continue referring to "The" Republicans.   This is more important than you know.   The Independents must never suspect that it is "They" who can easily be "The" Republicans by becoming their Precinct Committeeman.

Regards,
The Ruling Class
